Yes, DS had a sudden onset full milk allergy - even milk and honey soap caused hives. It was before he was diagnosed and lasted about
4-5 months. Prior to that he was irritated by milk and was using those pills you take when you have dairy. The pediatrician said it wasn't possible to get a sudden milk allergy at age 12-13, haha. It went away before we even had the diagnosis and didn't come back even though he had SO many symptoms during treatment/herxing.
It helps if you can pinpoint what's causing them, but that's not always possible.
