Yes while macrolides are very powerful and effective abx, they do have a tendency to mess with the heart so be careful.
Read the FDA warning on macrolides if unsure.

I know because i've talked with several caediologist that azitrhomizin increase the risk of arrythmias is a mith and they have several articles explain it. Azitrhomizin can increase QT 9 points in some patients but don't increase the risk of torsade de points or fatal arrythmias...

I don't know if claritrhomycim is the same or have more side effects...

The problems is that i've started to have more bartonella rashes and it's a problem because i don't adressing any symptom...

When i was on minocycline i have a tremendous improvement but then i've started to deteriorate again and my llmd says that minocycline penetrate intracellular but do little for bartonella.. i've read something similar from richard horowitz about mino. Feel better for a few days and then relapse...

For that reason he want to put me on biaxin, bactrim and plaquenil, but i'm afraid... for heart side effects of biaxin and steve jhonson syndrome from bactrim.

It has nothing to do with whether you have tick infection or not.

The long qt syndrome is a risk but you need to weigh out benefits vs risks.

I’ve taken both Azithromycin and Biaxin - but I won’t take the fluoroquinolones

Long qt risk is not a myth.

You need to weigh risks vs benefits. The long qt effects are rare -

Re: minocycline - my LLND prescribed it for Bart.
DrJ uses it with his protocols.

Maybe try doxy again? LLMD MR prescribes it with riffy
