Was wondering if detoxing can create pain in the nerves. I Benn detox and pretty hard and I do see some relief but it feels like the toxins are either getting released or moving somewhere else. I'm drinking a lot of water. Sauna, chorella, charcoal 2- 3 capsule x2 a day, lemon water, and green somthies with cilantro every day. Feeling like some old symptoms are coming back and some are leaving. Main pain are sharp pains in my mid back right lower back and neck. Treatment is buhner Bart.

I have read that detoxing too fast can actually increase herxing...if it's mobilizing too high a toxin load...and your body can't get rid of it - can't keep up to what's released into the blood stream.

For what it's worth when I used to take zeolite before bed I would often wake up with extreme weakness and brain fog to the extent that I switched back to charcoal. It sounds like you're taking a lot of charcoal so maybe cut back a little? I take one in the middle of the day, one before bed and one if I wake up in the middle of the night and remember to take it!

I agree with what Girlie said about mobilizing too many toxins.

You're using chlorella and cilantro. If you have mercury amalgams or toxicity, these are both dangerous according to Andy Cutler, as they can mobilize mercury and end up moving it around in your body.

I think it can go to the brain, too? or maybe that's just when you're breathing in the fumes during an amalgam removal.

Yes - when you have already removed the source (i.e. - dental amalgams) and can detox.

But if you have amalgams...you might not want to take the chlorella...the thought is that it can pull the mercury out of your teeth and add to your mercury load in the tissues.

Not sure if that is true....

do you have mercury amalgam fillings? if so stop all chlorella and cilantro immediately

in fact I would say stop both of them anyway since no one knows exactly what they do or how they work and yet everyone keeps telling people they 'help detox'

Yes! I only been doing cilantro for about 6 days and I am under I only take 5 chorella tabes a day. So it is not super intense. I been having some nerve pain that I never had before. I wonder if it's new symptoms or just a her because of herbs and detoxing?

yup stop chlorella and cilantro immediately, no more. in the meantime get some modified citrus pectin to help clear up the mess you just caused.
