So I have been doing really well and now my eye issues are back! ugh. Does anyone else have this? It's like my eyes are very heavy and tired all the time and there is pressure behind them. Hard to describe.

I already went to an eye doc and had a pressure test and optic nerve checked and he said everything looks fine. Of course. Any remedies would be greatly appreciated.

I have the pressure behind my eyes but not the heaviness/tired.

Treating Babesia with Mepron really increased it but now it’s nuch better.

I’ve recently started Babesia treatment again so I will see what happens.

My sons eye pain this week was worst. Heavy like you said..he looks like he has worst headache but its mainly his eyes. His is not from herx from abx but from Rife herx. I had to make his room dark and he just closed his eyes for almost 2 days. Even wanted me to close the blinds in a room over that were exposing sunlight. Omg I keep opening them up to cheer him up. Ugh..def babesia. I've been trying the frankincense eo on temples and forehead with a bit of peppermint with argan oil carrier. Seems to calm him a bit..any distraction is welcome.

My doc does suspect babesia although I tested negative for it through Labcorp....but we know how testing goes...

I don't have air hunger or any of that stuff though and since I started Modified Citrus Pectin I haven't had a single migraine.

I didn't have the classic air hunger.

I had episodes of waking up every few hours in the night in a panic, gasping for air.
I was diagnosed with Sleep apnea.

IDK - maybe that is classic air hunger. I didn't have it during the day, though.

Not everyone gets all the major symptoms of each infection. In fact, Dr. H talks about asymptomatic babesia...so you can't rule it out because you don't have classic symptoms.

Dr. J. treats everyone for babesia...and his protocols address it early on.

Good to know Girlie, thank you! My headaches were a big sign she said and I guess this heavy eye thing is too, which I didn't know. Ugh. Oh the fun of Lyme and fam!

I did buy some Reservatrol/Japanese Knotweed but never used it as I was feeling pretty good and didn't want to stir anything up. Does that treat babesia? I know it was one piece of Buhner's protocol.

I do experience eye issues similar to what you mention.

I get mild eye issues a few times a week: pressure, dry eyes, tired/heavy eyes. Aside from waiting these symptoms out, oral liposomal glutathione helps ease the situation.

I also get really bad eye issues a few times a month: extreme pressure, can not keep my eyes open, (they just flutter shut), major headache located in my eye sockets. Nothing helps me with these symptoms. I just wait out the day and the intensity eases after a good night's sleep.
DX Borrelia, Babesia, Bartonella and Ehrlichia June 2017.
Symptoms since at least 2007.
Started treatment June 2017
-Artemisinin, A BART, A BAB, Biaxin, Chlorella, Liposomal Glutathione, Magnesium, Omnicef, Prothrivers Wellbrain, Tindazole, Tranquility, Uplift, Fish Oil, B Vitamins, Vitamin D, gluten free, sugar free, dairy free, lemon water, detox tea, coffee enemas.

I have eye issues as well. Mostly pressure behind the eyes, frontal headache, ear pain, pressure in the nose and temples. I'm going to start Buhner's late tomorrow when I get home from a business trip and also have ordered Kudzu which may help.

Are you near Raleigh, NC? I live in the Triangle and see a doc in Raleigh who is guiding me on this path - although with little success to date.

JK is part where of Buhners Lyme and Bart protocol.

JK is a good herb to take anyway. It is an immunomodulator.
