At 1.5 hours long....there's gotta be a few new things here I hope! .
I used to eat 2 bananas a day, now its one every other day. Snacking on carrots in the AM now seems weird.
So the food part of his protocol looks to be very similar to whole30, which is paleo + no milk, sugar, alcohol, but also no nightshades or tree nuts.
I'm a tree nut addict, its my natural food weakness, along with sea salt. I did try no oxilate diet for one month (no nuts, nightshades) didnt do anything. The rest of the stuff here I avoided for 3 months last year and it made a difference. After that I remained about 90% true for another year so far. Lowered inflammation in feel and lab test.
