I would hold off on the Abilify and Prozac until all other options have been exhausted. Did the herbals flare up the bart symptoms, if so can you lower the dosage? There are a lot of supplements for sleep: melatonin, glycine, lemon balm, valerian root, GABA, theanine, hops, tryptophan, and lithium orotate; there are also herbs. I sleep about
5 hours a night when treating bart, the drugs that really knock me out leave me feeling groggy the next day.
