If i have normal hematocrit, no anemia etc... no night sweats, no fatigue, no fever etc... but a lot of petechiae around my body, could it be babesia? My llmd says that petechiae is non specific of any infection and that it could be lyme, bart, bab etc....

Yes, you could have Babesia...even without anemia, fatigue, fever or sweats.

Petechiae could be your only symptom.

There is a lot of symptom some of your lyme/bart symptoms could really be babesia symptoms.
Do you have pressure in your head...or dysautonmia?
