Anyone else get effected by full moons? If so, what does it do to you

For me it can be anywhere from 3 days prior to 3 days post or all of it in between. This one has been typical if not a little severe. I oftentimes get much more spaced out and dissociated as well as depressed/anxious. These past two nights i have been waking up in the woods as happens sometimes but its taken me an extra long time to find my car again or regain the knowledge of where i am.

Haven't sprouted fur or a snout yet, though I'll be on the lookout.

Prior to me being diagnosed i looked back at my history of significant symtom events and was able to tie many back to Full moons.

July FM 2017='Hospitalized for BP spike of 220/120!(when it all began)
Sept , Oct , Dec, Jan, = Ankle swelled up right before FM and was on crutches for 3-4 days. Thought is was gout originally.
March 1 FM 2018 = extreme Brain fog relapse and anxiety.
Second March FM symtoms I had not had for 6 months came roaring back. I was very sedated Friday night. Not quite over this FM yet.

I can't sleep at all around full moon. I have the usual sleep problems with Lyme, but I still sleep some amount every day. But around the full moon I will stay up all night and function the next day.

I'm not sure. I never look at a calendar, so I don't know when full moons are. I saw someone else mentioned the full moon this past week.

I can say this past week has been one of the WORST I've had in a really long time, and it has left me worried and confused. I had headaches 4 days in a row, a lot of trouble sleeping, the worst bouts of sudden weakness I've ever had, worsened stiff neck, emotional symptoms (worry, despair, wanting to die). I've also had a menstrual cycle this past week, so that could be my issue. My hormones do make things worse, but not usually that much worse. This past week has been ridiculous.

I don't think I will ever learn to relax and just roll with the flares/herxes/inexplicable changes. It always riles me up and sets me on edge trying to figure out what is happening and why. I wish I could not care, but I just can't seem to stop worrying about symptoms.

I read that parasites make you feel worse around the full moon.

I definitely have cycles of feeling bad and then feeling almost fine again, but I don't really think it's related to the full moon.

I have been tracking my symptoms and they are effected by the Moon. My symptoms usually build in intensities and then dissapte. I also am real dpressed anxious and OCD flare. I do say my flare during moons are getting less and less. Is this meaning that I am gaining ground? I also have a flare around the 12 th of every month. Can virals flare with the moon? What about Bart?
