1st im going to make an assumption that you don't need help killing Lyme bacteria and are taking something that crosses the blood brain barrier (to kill the Lyme there).
2nd I am opinionated, and I would implore you to at least do cursory research on anything i talk about and/or talk to your Doc/LLMD about it.

For Neuro Lyme > find someone who can go after ammonia! Or do your own ammonia specific supplementation. But it does seem like the symptoms you get while pulling out ammonia are EXTREME (JUST a fair warning).

Burber/Pinella _ middling results in decreasing Neuro symptoms sometimes it helps, sometimes it does nothing.

Bentonite clay - is supposed to help detox and bind ammonia. Some people ingest it (powder mixed in water), or take baths with it.
Zeolite - you can get in a spray from RNA Results.

Talk to your Doc about levels of things like = Gaba, B vitamins, Ribose, etc.

These are all things you could pursue to help ease Neuro Lyme symptoms WHILE treating for Lyme.
+Lyme (w/ bart and babesia), rocky mnt spotted fever, parasites, mold, Epstein Barr, EMF radiation, and other fun 'guests'
++Dairy free, gluten free, nutramedix herbs, results RNA Lyme protocol, homeopathics, ionic detox foot baths, Epsom&peroxide baths, bentonite clay, and a shelf full of supplements (magnesium, Gaba, melatonin, NAC, b complex, probiotic, nitric oxide, coq10, omegas and more)

I tried antibiotics... But they started to give me a lot of joint pain (which I didn't have before) and stomach problems, and it seemed to be getting progressively worse, so I decided to stop and try every herb I could instead.

Right now I'm taking:

Cat's claw
Andrographis
Teasel
Boneset
Sida actua
Stephania
Red root
Garlic
Black cumin seed
Mimosa pudica
Grape fruit seed extract
Artemesia annua

And a few others... I don't herx very much, so I keep adding more herbs.

I hope this is helpful.
