two days is not enough to notice anything, especially for chronic infections. what u are noticing is either:
- placebo, you started taking something (in your case garlic) that your brain remembers it may help you, so you now experience only the positive part of the day. This is why doctors run placebo-controlled trials. When patient's opinion about symptoms is important, they give patients either the real pill or a fake pill (both look identical) in order to remove the placebo component
- this disease has ups and downs without you doing anything special. lyme has an autoimmune component and all autoimmune illnesses have ups and downs. We all have good days and bad days. This has nothing to do with garlic
- garlic is good, but you need to eat a lot of it and for a long time. Two days is virtually nothing.
