Since I was unable to sleep this evening/morning, I decided to do some reading. Following is an article that I'd saved, but not yet read - until now. Perhaps some with find it interesting, if not useful.

Some time ago, I'd posted a different article from this website, regarding dental issues. This site has a variety of health-related topics. For a full list, here's a sitemap: www.livingnetwork.co.za/site-map

Thanks for the article The Dude! And so sorry you were not able to sleep last night, hope you get some sleep today.

I saved the article to read later as I am always interested in articles pertaining to any sort of detoxification pathways. Seems I can't learn enough... Why oh why am I so curious? Sometimes I learn things I don't want to learn, lol!

12 years well ~ used Dr. Jernigan's protocol from his book about Biological Medicine (used Borrelogen, Microbojen and Neuro-Antitox).

I still detox even though healed and drink Green Vibrance. I come back to help others for others helped me when I was sick. Pay it forward! smile

Thank you, Denise. I'm not sure if I should try to sleep today or stay awake until tonight, and, hopefully, get catatonic. I guess I'll let my body be my guide.

I hope the article on Liver Phase 1 & 2 Detox will be of benefit to you, whether physically or just intellectually.

Like you, I'm endlessly curious, despite knowing most of what I read may be wrong, will be overturned, is in conflict with other information, and/or isn't really applicable to me. Yet, I'm curious, like a cat.

I have not read it yet, but will say d-limonine is one of the best for both liver pathways. There are many genes that reflect this pathway.
Had initial lyme symptoms late 80's, then again and with bullseye early 90's. Ended ABX for Lyme in Jan 2016. Rebuilding / fine tuning / fixing muscles since then; member "10 Percenters Lyme Club". What an adventure this has been. Hashimotos adds to the enjoyment.
