So erm... dark green poop... could it be caused by the Green Vibrance I’m taking?? I read it could also be bile, is that bad?

Yes, the green poop can be (and, almost surely is) caused by the Green Vibrance.

"Passing green stool is quite natural if you consume green vegetables. The high chlorophyll content in the leafy greens makes your poop green.

The people who have a high quantity of greens in their diet or high-kale diet may pass poop that has a green color.

The Chlorophyll is a green pigment found in plants. This helps the plant to absorb energy from the sun. This pigment can turn your poop into a Green one.

But pooping green is not bad or something to worry. So eat more greens."

Foods that cause green poop

* Algae (an ingredient in Green Vibrance)
* Blueberries
* Green food powder
* Leafy greens (an ingredient in Green Vibrance)
* Pistachios
* Seaweed (an ingredient in Green Vibrance)
* Spirulina (an ingredient in Green Vibrance)
* Vegetable juice or fruit juice
* Wheatgrass (an ingredient in Green Vibrance)
* Spinach (an ingredient in Green Vibrance)

So, I wouldn't worry. This, too, shall "pass."

No worries, friend. I understand how it can go with anxiety. I still battle it, too, from time-to-time.

I forgot to mention that green poop might also be caused by drinking a McDonald's Shamrock Shake. smile

Take care and rest easy.

Thanks, Dude, for the excellent information (as always) and sense of humor. smile I just wanted to say your posts are appreciated!! smile

BTW, Szabo, how does it taste? Is it really bad? I have troubles taking those green powders due to taste alone...
Kid#1: Extremely sick for several years, very difficult to treat, but doing great now!
Kid#2: Still sick now despite being treated for years but doing better (not well yet).
Kid#3: Generally good but relapsing off/on.
Me: Adv Labs positive 2016 (suspected I passed to my kids)-not as sick as others, mostly battling fatigue and yeast issues (heart/kidney issues resolved)
Treating with herbals now.

1000Daises - the only way I describe it is... pond. 🤢

It’s not great, but I’ve got used to it! I just mix it with water and then v quickly gulp it down, definitely not the sort of thing I want to be sipping on.

Green Vibrance tastes healthy. In which I mean not good. I mix it with some stevia and chug it down without breathing through my nose. The bad taste is worth it for the benefits.

And yes, this stuff makes for green toilet logs.
