My seasonal allergies are extremely mild so far this spring. It's still early but normally I'd be sneezing and itching now. Feels like I'm looking at pictures of flowering trees rather than the real things. Anyone else have that happen or know why that might be? I came across articles saying that probiotics can help with allergies, and a few also that point to gluten-free diet, both of which I'm doing. This is a nice side effect anyway.

I have had seriously bad season allergies but they are almost non existent now, thankfully.
I put it down to everything I am doing to improve the immune system. I have modified my diet like you have and I take supplements that kill infections and improve my immune system.

Well whatever it's great to hear you're not having those symptoms so far this year.

I don't know why, but as I got older, my seasonal allergies pretty much went away. I use to be really allergic to ragweed in fall (miserable!), but I haven't noticed symptoms for years now.
If I had to guess, I would think that taking the herbals previously (before Buhner's) somehow affected me (in a positive way). I also noticed another minor issue went away too after some dosing of herbals previously too.

The only thing I will get is itchy eyes sometimes (non-seasonal), but some prescription eye drops easily resolve it. They don't last long, and I've never been able to find the correlation.

Interesting that you have noticed something similar, ArtAngel and Daisies. And thanks, Girlie. It's a strange feeling, like the trees aren't real or I'm not really here, but it sure is nice. My daughter has hay fever as bad as mine normally is and I told her about my theory. She said, "Is this your daily plug for probiotics?" Well, actually, yes it is, haha.
