I am new to Lyme disease. What does everyone find is the best way to treat it? My biggest concerns are the brain fog, muscle and facial twitching, muscle spasms and flu like feelings all the time. The muscle spams are making me crazy. sad

Welcome to our group. Others will be by soon with more greeting. But to get started go to the top of this page and start reading the "new to Lyme" topic for good basic information. Then you need to find a real good Lyme Literate MD (LLMD) to treat properly. If you have not yet found one post a new topic titled "seaking LLMD in (city, state nearest you)". Also go back into your user profile where you just registered and enable the private mail feature so members can send you LLMD info.

Hi lisa, welcome!

There isn't a 'best way' - to treat it.
Some prefer antibiotic protocols, while others' do herbals.
There's also adjuncts to treatment: HBO, Rife...etc.

Are you looking for a LLMD to guide you?
