Do I need to?

I know it’s oartnof the protocol for a reason, just trying to save a few pennies where I can. Would you say it’s one of the more important ones?

I wouldn’t say it is - I took it for awhile but it was one of my supplements that I cut out.
I was spending too much $$ and taking too many caps/tablets/tinctures

Curious to see what others’ opinions are.

There’s just too many things - and it gets so expensive.

Same here, My LLMD suggested it early in my treatment, but as my supplement list grew I had to eliminate items that I saw having limited value/results as money is tight. I think I tried it again a few years later, then dropped it again.

I keep a list of all current Rx meds, OTC supplements and Vit, as well as a running list of all past Rx, and past Supps with start and stop dates. Its a good reference when you have Lyme brain and sometimes forget what you had for lunch.

Thank you both. Sounds like it’s not something that is up there with the more important stuff, phew!! One less thing to fund!! smile

The NAC really helped me for a few months, but the it just didn't do anything else after a while and I stopped it. I think it is a good source of sulfur, and maybe it only helps if you are low on it.
