Hello Everyone,

I have read through many threads about detox, and have quite the detox regimen already in place for myself. (Listed Below)

I have two questions for the group:

1) What is your current or favorite combination of detox methods?
2) What detox methods have made a significant difference for anxiety, depression, and panic attacks?

My current detox protocol is as follows:

-Chlorella - 2500g per day
-Lemon water - 1-2 lemons per day
-Liposomal Glutathione - 1500mg per day
-Detox baths - borax, peroxide, baking soda - 2 per week
-Coffee Enemas - 2 tbs every other day
-Detox Tea - Dandelion - 1-4 bags per day
-Water - 120+ oz per day
-Exercise - Walk - 45+ minutes per day, Run - 20+ minutes per day

My favorite detoxes:

light exercise (Elliptical, light weights, therabands....etc) followed by an epsom salt bath.

When i was having bad anxiety/depression/panic attacks - i wasn't detoxing - I was undiagnosed and was going crazy with it all. cry

Now, it's not so bad...just intermittent and goes away quickly...so not sure if any of my detoxing works on it.

I like modified citrus pectin and lemon water. I also use diatomaceous earth sometimes.

I like to exercise at least 3-4 times a week. Exercise helps when I start feeling anxious.

I like to take Himalayan salt baths. I read somewhere that epsom salt baths aren't good for you if you have parasites, but I don't know if that's true. But Himalayan salt does seem to be less drying on my skin. I also tried adding bladderwrack seaweed to my bath. I heard it is good for bartonella. I don't take bath very often though.

This is a test of my memory as to what I did. Here goes and I am probably forgetting something.

Lemon water
Lots of cruciferous vegetables
Self lymph massage
Parsley sprigs with dinner
Cold showers
Dry skin brushing
Red Root
Turmeric - I like the fresh root
Apple Cider Vinegar - 2 teasp in 1 cup of water
Benadryl occasionally

I did most of these prior to having lyme. I don't believe that you should just detox because you have lyme. I think with all the toxins we are in contact with daily, you should detox daily. So these I am still doing.
