Looking for additional insight and management ideas for lymph edema.
My LLMD suggests dry brushing. I currently do lymph massage which is basically stretching. Also Epsom salt baths.
Does it eventually subside?

Make sure you're drinking lots of water. You can also try red root - which is supposed to help clear the lymphs.

I have been using the red root and it has worked for me also be sure to do other detoxing methods that will help your body flush out toxins.

You can check out milk thistle, drinking water with lemon juice and the use of binders like zeobind and activated charcoal.

Just be sure to check for side effects and contradictions.
