We know that there are more than 200 strains of Borrelia, but all treatments work as well for all strains? Or there are some strains that are more succeptible to some antibiotics than others?

As far as I know - the antibiotics work for all strains.

This is something that can't really be answered with a whole lot of detail just due to lack of research. And is part of the reason that everyone has to treat on an individual level. There will be a whole lot of overlap between strains and species, but by definition that implies there will be variation as well. And so while many treatments may work similarly in many ways, not all strains will be impacted the exact same way.
