I bought the second edition of the Buhner book (2015), but I didn’t realize when I received it that it’s actually called “Healing Lyme: Natural Healing of Lyme Borreliosis and the Coinfections Chlamydia and Spotted Fever Rickettsiosis, 2nd Edition.” I was hoping the 2nd edition was just an update to the 1st edition which was called “Healing Lyme: Natural Healing and Prevention of Lyme Borreliosis and Its Coinfections.” ..... the titles changed

Do I have to buy the 1st edition to learn how to treat babesia and bartonella?? I guess I didn’t look at the title when ordering the book, but several places said to order the 2nd Edition. It’s just odd that it changed titles and focuses on chlamydia and spotted fever rickettsiosis and not all the coinfections.

For bartonella & mycoplasma

For babesia, anaplasma , erlichia

However in my opinion his treatments help a lot lower inflamation and most of the herbs u can take forever. So investing $50 in his books is not such a big price to pay.

i have the bartonella one, followed the treatment and im still sick. So I am not sure about the "healing part" from the name, but it does not really work as well as advertised. But they do help.

Nevertheless, for some of us nothing works, so i might go back on herbs after im done "playing with rifampin, zithromax and mino for a few years"... maybe this time ill insist for longer with buhner's...

it's a stupid disease with no cure. But lots of places to spend $ improving your condition. Some are complete fraud, some are less so, meaning they kinda work to some extent. Buhner's protocols and LLMDs prescribing antibiotics are in the later part ... Other thing that "kinda works" is Cowden.

Other things that work are bee venom therapy, and for some, LDN.

The most expensive one is hyperthermia, with good results but for most still not curative.

He did that because he expand the other coinfections into two other new books just before publishing the healing lyme 2nd edition. Didn't make sense to reprint the coinfections, so he added RMSF and Chlamydia and it is now a 3 books series. Definitely want to stick with 2nd edition as protocol is based on 15+ years of experience since the first book
