Thank you for emailing the spreadsheet. I have not realized that they charge so much. I will try to get as many tests done through the PCP and ID first and then go to llmd.

In your experience how many visits did you have ...say per year? I don't know how long I will be on treatment my condition but reading others I assume it's at least a year.

The clinic I go to: I have had two appts (first one in February)

And will have two more this year. Two in person and two phone appts.
