And DANG!!! It's nasty!!! Ay yi yi!!! skull

I did one bottle of Misty Meadow's CT before starting Traveler's so that I could make sure I wasn't allergic to any of the ingredients... And that was nasty enough but it's such a small portion that you can just throw it back like a shot... But dang, drinking a cup of this stuff four times a day...? That'll take some getting used to! But hopefully the rewards are as good as the tea is bad because I'm ready to beat this ish! turn

It's funny how quickly you get used to the most unpleasant tastes. I've actually acquired a taste for the bitter tinctures. I still struggle with the powders but I'm getting a taste for that too provided I have a lemon water chaser lol.

I hope you'll continue to post on your experience with Travellers tea. I've thought about going this route but with my memory right now I feel like I'd end up tossing batches of tea all the time by forgetting how long it had been steeping.

Serfr, that wouldn't surprise me at all! Some of the stuff we take is just so bad!!!

Sandyfeet, yeah, I've gotten used to the tinctures and they were quite nasty to me at first. Some of the powders I gagged on at first and it didn't take long until I didn't even think about it before I drank it. It was/is never good but quickly becomes tolerable. Especially if you're seeing results! I'd forgotten how quickly I acclimate to all the ickiness! Thanks for the reminder!

And I HAVE to set a timer. I've always had a bad memory so requiring a timer for anything time sensitive is not new for me even though my memory is worse now. There's NO way that I would be able to do it without a timer though.

I'll try and update as I go but consistency has never been my strong suit! rolleyes turn

On my fifth day now and it was surprising how quickly I got used to the taste. It's not that bad at all now... I haven't herxed on it... yet anyways... but I'd already done two weeks of the MM version and herxed for a couple of days on that so that might have affected how I responded to the tea... I've been feeling pretty good for the past couple of days but who knows if that's from the CT or from the fantastic weather that we've been having! We shall see as I continue...

Just a quick update... I just finished my last tea of the first batch. I've heard people asking how long a batch lasts so... mine lasted just over a month. I never herxed. I have no idea if it's helping... It's not hurting though so I keep going.
