Ah, could very well be B6. I am blending vitamins with mixer into a vegetable smoothie. Would vitamin B6 be able to cause herx?
This is the amount I took in the smoothie.
Vita C 500% DRI,
Vita B6, 200%,
Folic acid 250%
I would be surprised if the vitamin C was the cause, I am rather used to high C intake.
Other Ingredients I was suspecting was Kelp, Vitamin B12 or magnesium. I will eliminate B6 then in the next smoothie and see if I get a reaction or not..
