I have had Lyme about 10 years ago and I took antibiotics for it at that time.
I’m having symptoms and these are my test results:

I am positive for IgG bands 18, 39, 93. Band 58 says "undeterminant".
I am positive for IgM band 23.

I am confused if this means positive?
Thank you all.

Welcome to our community!

Those are significant bands - indicating infection BUT since you previously had Lyme and treated - there’s no way of knowing if those bands are positive because of earlier infection. (Your immune system can continue to produce antibodies even when you’re in remission.

You have symptoms - so you need to treat -
