Anyone try them and have good success? Planning on getting them from 1st Chinese herbs. They seem pretty expensive for 1 pound but if they can last a good amount of time and they are effective I would really considerate the powder over tomorrow tinctures.

Sorry, it's a little difficult typing on my phone but it was supposed to say if the one pound powdered herbs can last me a decent amount of time, I would think about doing them over the tinctures.

I use powdered knotweed and cat's claw that I buy from 1st Chinese. One lb of knotweed lasts me 4-5 months. I never got to full doses. I got up tp 3/4 tsp.

I think powdered herbs are a great way to save money. I use cat's claw powder. But I couldn't use the houtynnia powder I bought. It tastes AWFUL.

Do you think powdered herbs are just as effective as the tinctures?

It all depends. Many factors determine weather powder or tinactures are better. I think source, how your digestion is, and your bio terrian are the biggest. The plus about tinactures is that the are absorbed into the blood stream quicker. I use powder and I think it works for me.

Could you mix both powders and tinctures? Are the herbs dissolved in the water or do they create like a thick like texture?

Do powders thicken when you add them to water? Or do they dissolve?
