Hey all, recently on one of the Infusio lyme boards, someone mentioned wanting a supplement to aid repair of lost collagen. I'm sure we've all felt it. Our skin sagging, looking older than our years. Phil, the main dude at Infusio, recommended shea butter for your skin.

I have shea butter at home. I've used it for years for various things, but rarely on my skin - I just never got around to it. I did a look around and sure enough, shea helps restore collagen. I'm using it on my face and body to see if it helps. Just something for us all to try.

'"m using it all over. My skin has been VERY dry too this year. I have a big tub of raw shea butter. It's the kind of thing you use when you're not going out, pretty greasy.

I'm OK. Not awesome. Improvements are microscopic if anything. Had kind of a bad week - extra sleepy fatigue...which is new. I'm always tired, but this "gotta lay down right now" sleepiness is new. I hope it's all part of the process. It's still early days.

I used to get a lovely whipped shea butter from someone on etsy - it rubbed in easily and wasn't any messier than any other cream. It's been ages since I used it - I'm going to have to see if I can get it again and try it out.
