Calcium without dairy

What are good sources of calcium you all eat if you are on a no-dairy diet? I read we need 1200 mg a day. My calcium pills are 400-600mg. Thank you.

Lyme, Babesia, Bartonella. Symptoms began 5/2016, didn't start treatment until 9/2016. Slow but steady recovery.

nuts are good source. almonds are best.

also boosting your vitamin D would help a lot as levels of D in your blood will decide the efficiency of calcium absorption from your gut.
