I am starting Cowden support protocol this week.
So I am looking for some answers from users.

Was it effective?
How long were you sick before starting?
How long to see results?
Recommendations please.
Things to watch for.

This is a huge financial sacrifice for me right now ,but since my insurance will not cover prescriptions by not network Doctor. I have been without real treatment protocol for many months now.
I have tried many different medicines and supplements over the past few years with very limited improvement.
Really really hoping this will be a breakthrough protocol.
Thanks for your time and support.

All the best Gilmore.
I have read on the forum that the Cowden Protocol can offer financial assistance for those on a tight budget I dont know if that is still something they are doing but it doesnt hurt to ask
I couldnt take much on the Cowden protocol the herbs made me sick, so it didnt work for me.
I am on something close to the Real Food Rebels protocol(she has a website by that name) it is a bit cheaper so if it gets too tough financially you can fall back on this one. It works.

Still looking for cowden protocol users...
I am getting the reduced rate from Nutramedix and very grateful for that!

I have been on it for 28 days. When I started it I was told to eat clean during this process to help the herbs work their best. I eliminated dairy, wheat/gluten/grains, sugar and all fruit except apples (I will be reintroducing fruit slowly after 30 days) and I do not drink or smoke.

I have not noticed any improvement but told it takes 6 months to notice a change. Working up to the max doss of these herbs can be a little tricky but don't give up. I only felt bad twice and I think it was bc of Samento. Don't give up. You can do it.

I believe I have been sick since early 2000 dealing with joint muscle pain (who has joint muscle pain at age 20ish years old....I am now 37) and vertigo. My problems have increased these past few years to include sever vision problem, extreme muscle/joint pain, headaches, confusion/memory loss, neuropathy, heart palpitations and anxiety.

Diagnosed in March this year after years of being told it is something else.
