Hi everyone, does anyone have any input about which herbs or minerals that would help to kill intracellular bacteria, which i assume most of us are dealing with as most of these bugs can hide inside of healthy cells.

So far I've seen iodine and possibly boron/borax and niacin. As far as herbs I would assume that Japanese knotweed would fall under this category due to what buhner preaches. Also, possibly teasel?

Again, I'm not sure about any of these except the Iodine. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks

Do you have Stephen Buhner's books?

No but it seems most of it is online. I tried a few of the herbs but they didn't work as well as I d hoped. It was at the beginning of my illness and I might have been too inpatient. I like his thinking though. Which book is the best to read?

All of them. Start with Healing Lyme 2nd edition. He has 2 books on coinfections plus an Herbal Antibiotics book and an Herbal Antivirals book.

Definitely get the Lyme book. It will tell you a lot of what you want to know. If you're science minded or want excellent lifelong reference books, get them all.
