I’ve been doing ok with my anxiety recently, not sure if it’s coincidental but I have ran out of my cortisol calm supplement that I take and haven’t taken it for a week.
I’ve been having low back pain that shoots down to my leg for the last 5-6 days, woke up this morning. And out of nowhere have convinced my self I have ovarian cancer, I’ve been googling all morning instead of spending time with my toddler, I feel awful, sick to my stomach.
Any ideas what can help with this anxiety? Something immediate would be good.
