Hi everyone,
Tried emailing some people to call cause I am real scared now. I have had herxes and stuff but this was weird. 4am this am I woke up real sudden had a fire alarm chirp twice and my family woke up. I was not so well I had instant heart palms and real weak and nauseated could not even get up to a sitting upright. I got warm than cold and sweated on forehead and back arms and stomach and I asked wife to take my temp. Was 96.1 and it lasted about 20 mins but the nausea and dizziness and palms still here today. I skipped my garlic but continued the doxy today because I got to kill them suckers. I have been dizzy before and nausea before but this was real eye opening for me. I did go blind for 30 seconds back when I first got bit in 2011 and that was scary but this was worse, I actually wanted to die. Some shortness of breathe but not a bunch. I am clueless any ideas. Herxing, or Bart, or babs , or something else. I do not think candida. I take one doxy daily and garlic twice daily. So please if anyone had this or similar I need advice.

Sounds like a full-blown panic attack. I've had that before. Felt like I was gonna die! Sounds like the fire alarm caught you off guard and your body when into fight or flight mode real bad. For panic attacks I have a few tricks: CBD oils, splash cold water, tell myself "Not today!" (and mean it, you have no time for this BS), lay down, deep breathing. If all else fails, YouTube has a million soothing sounds for anxiety.

If it doesn't go away, you should see a doc.

I get the same thing when the fire alarm goes off. They all seem to choose the middle of the night to get low batteries.
