I do say I feel better after using great plains clay. I also heard that Bclay may contain lead in to. Should I worry at all?

Yes. You really want to limit the amount of metals you get into your body. You're already getting them from the environment - they're in everything. Try and look for a clay that specifically removes the heavy metals. I wish I could recommend one. For now, I just don't do the clay. You can also take chlorella and spirulina to remove heavy metals.
