This is the WORST. I don't seem to have any other reaction to herxing except the ANXIETY, for which I'm taking a super mild anti anxiety.

What are the coping mechanisms? Just getting off 2 days of Tindimax, minocycline and oregano oil...and its so hard.

I'm drinking water with bicarbonate to alkalize my body and eating as healthy as possible.

I'm sorry you're feeling so bad. sad I find lavender essential oil helpful, and sometimes L-theanine seems to help. Also lots of detoxing. Hope you feel better soon.

my major herx is anxiety...and now have it all the time. It's horrible, like I cant shut off my Fight, flight, fear response. Everything's a threat from waking up, cooking, things breaking down, plus the exhaustion I think plays a big part in feeling like I cant do one more thing. My body often feels like my muscles have toothachey kind of annoying sensations... does that make sense? Oh yes, plus my brain is not working now. I think because of the severe anxiety. I take magnesium, theanine, ashwaganda. Don't think my antidepressant helps much but am sleeping. Once in a while I too take a half of an anti anxiety. Lots of breathing, a five minute medication on 10% happier app, and try to distract my mind...but it runs all day long.

Same with me. Start trying binders. Bentonite clay, citrus pectin, chlorella. Maybe even mix them. That always helped me. Also IR saunas and epsom salt baths.
If you're looking to take some of the edge off, theanine is my go-to

Not sure it is a herx, my Lyme started with bad panic and anxiety with no treatment lasted for months, I was active duty and all I got was it is ptsd etc, you will get a disability etc, I was so mad I only wanted my health back, I think they attack the pit gland or thyroid and it causes them attacks, but some could be herx I hate that people try to say that it is all herx, that they do not attack us some of the webinars I watched the dr say that the bacteria does not want to attack us this is bull why do our knees hurt and other places, stop meds for a day if you have too then start again but maybe go down to one killing agent. Learn your body everyone says drink lemon water but that makes me herx do not know why. So I can not drink it. Garlic has stopped my panic and anxiety it really has. But that may only work for me try it
