Hello all, I am in really good shape with the tick-borne infections, barely have any symptoms at all at this point but I do have mast cell activation disorder and staying asleep is a real challenge.
I am thinking of trying CBD that is THC free for sleep but am nervous to try it without a doctor's okay. Maybe I am being silly to feel this way...
Anyones llmd or naturopath/practitioner recommending it? Has it helped you stay asleep for longer periods.
My sons llmd recommended it to him to use for bartonella anxiety but with small amounts of THC in it I wasn't comfortable with him using it as he is pretty young.
I've not tried CBD oil, but there's probably little risk in trying a low dose. You can start low and increase it until you get some effect or determine it's not helping. I have a friend that uses chocolate that has small doses of THC in it and it helps his mood and sleep tremendously. It's micro-doses.
Also, if CBD oil doesn't work for you, look for my post in the following thread:/www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=30&m=2274320
