Ok so I took a doxy and my vitamin c was tearing up my gut so I switched to ester c 500 plan on taking two but started slow. I took it an hr after my doxy pill this morning then I read the package say it is calcium ascorbate I then get worried because no calcium with doxy. Well I looked it up and only absorbing issues with doxy so I felt relieved. Then about an hr and half lasted my brain fog cleared up and I feel so good today now. Almost like I am healed. I tested this by walking upstairs and no cramps. I then rode my stationary bike that I could not in a long time because of cramps and pots. And wow no cramps are heart issues. Maybe ester c is good stuff or maybe calcium is low I do not know but I am loving this for now. Bracing for a set back though. Also my gut is so good and I thing it was the kefir and saurkraught, I barely heat just to warm it and eat it and it really works so try it please if you have gut problems.
