I agree with Sandy feet.
When I have crushing fatigue, I streamline my diet so I eat absolutely no reactive foods.
I detox the liver. I find a dry brush lymphatic massage followed by a hot/cold shower to be a low energy, high impact detox.
I nap twice in the afternoon and meditate between naps. This has rejuvenated me more times than I can count. I know it sounds lame, but it really works.
