How do you know its not candida, or another yeast overgrowth?

Garlic is the only thing that gets rid of my white tongue. I don't know officially it is candida but I just assume something along those lines. And also I eat a lot of pasta these days!

Random but how is your thyroid? Your tongue is scalloped (granted this is based on other things) but one of the things that comes up for that is thyroid/adrenal issues. I had a scalloped tongue as well when I had that. It says you can also have a white coating on your tongue.

Diflucan?

When your immune system is overworked, probiotics and supplements often wont control a yeast overgrowth. At one point those no longer worked for me even though they did in the past. I stopped guessing and confirmed candida albicans with a blood test, then successfully treated with Rx Difflucan as oral Rx Nystatin also failed.

Dr J prescribes the diflucan for everyone on abx. Taken two days each cycle
