To my surprise this is possible. Its somewhere in my notes from the dietician and I will look into it more soon but wanted to mention this before I forgot.
It was available premixed in a box too, but cant find the brand,. I will post when I find it or ask the dietician again.
I will honestly say that I've never baked any rising breads or
cookies in my life, I'm sure many guys fit the same bill. Not like grilling.
Ive eliminated about
95% gluten during the last year and never had celiac but what seemed to be some noticeable gluten sensitivity.
Jaw drop- recent tests show my bakers and brewers yeast sensitivity is higher than gluten. I really miss beer. This now includes gluten free beer too.
