Various treatment (antibiotics, Buhner herbs) helped tingling/burning in my feet a lot. It’s even gone away almost entirely for a while, but after I had to go off antibiotics for a while it came back. Now I’m working my way onto the Buhner herbs for Lyme and bart and I think it’s starting to go away again. Keep trying different things, you’ll find what works. Fortunately the relapse wasn’t nearly as bad as the original pains, so it hasn’t been too bad to deal with. It seems like once you beat it down once, even if it comes back it’s not as bad to deal with. Hope that holds true, at least!

Isn't that terrible? When I was first infected I could not find a doctor willing to prescribe me any antibiotics. I live in a major metropolitan city where it is so much easier to get illegal drugs than it is to get antibiotics.

I remember well the day that a doctor finally prescribed them to me. I walked out of the doctor's office with the prescription in hand crying my eyes out in happiness. I called my wife right away to tell her that I finally had them! She sounded so happy on the phone because she knew how badly I needed them and how much they meant to me.

I hope that you can find someone who can prescribe them for you. I think that they are vital in healing from Lyme.

My feet get hot during warm weather, and cold during cool weather. I suspect it's a circulation issue. According to some Dr.'s most Lyme patients have hypercoagulation or thick blood.
I have been researching this and it sounds like an accumulation of Fibrin, the clotting agent in our blood is the issue. So I just started taking fibrinolytic enzymes to try to help with this. Also Fibrin is a key component of Biofilm. I am taking Nattokinase, and Interfase to try to break down the Fibrin, Biofilm, and thick blood. I just started this a couple days ago so we'll see what happens.

Hi Tredye,

Sorry you are having these symptoms.

Are you currently treating with a Lyme literate Md or natropath? If not you can look for one here.

You would have to start a new post asking "Seeking an llmd in your area"

You can also search at /www.ilads.org/patient-care/provider-search/

Not sure if you have seen our "New to Lyme" start here thread but its at the top of the page and has good info on Lyme, detoxing, testing, symptoms and more.

A good llmd can clinically diagnose and treat Lyme and the co-infections such as Bart .

Take care.
