Yes, I take 1 tablespoon of Organic Turmeric and then I take 1/4 tea spoon of Black Pepper. I also noticed that taking a bit of oil, either a fish oil pill, some coconut oil, or butter, also increases the effectiveness.
Turmeric, for me, takes a few days (sometimes 10) to "load up" to its effective level. I hardly notice it, but what I do notice is that if I run out I am in a lot of hurt. Before taking it, I had extreme back problems and joint pains. A few times I just fell down for no reason. I do not know if it is because of my treatment, or turmeric, or both, but I have not fell down or had extreme back pain (where I cannot leave my bed for the day) since starting this protocol.
This is a herb that I think I will be taking for life. I recommend it to everyone.
Also it has the ability to block "bad thoughts"
