So here's my question.
My work has gotten very stressful lately, and I realize that stress will boost Lyme a great deal through high cortisol release, right?
So my question is - stress to me is unavoidable, is there a way to control it within your body.
Things I do now.
1. Take breaks throughout the day and rest
2. Workout every other day
3. Epsom Baths
4. Taking all natural supps through a LLND for Lyme.
5. Get plenty of sleep (when I can sleep, ha!
6. Sun - plenty of it. (Edit)
Is there anything I should be adding for stress relief, throughout the day?
