Since I got Lymed ~30 years ago, I am sick and symptom-y anytime the weather is cold. But when it's 89F or above, I'm almost a normal healthy human again! Very weird. Pre-Lyme, I hated hot weather. Lyme theorists claim the bug hates heat, does better in cold. Most Lymies I know do better in warm weather-- but not all. Temperature tolerance changes of some kind are common with the Lymies of my acquaintance.
You sound like me, except I definitely don't feel normal when it's hot.
Before I got sick, I didn't like the heat because it came with so much humidity where I live, and I didn't like getting all sweaty all the time. I used to have trouble breathing in the humidity.
After I got sick, the opposite happened. I got to where I didn't sweat anymore and wasn't comfortably warm unless temps were in the 80's. Now if it's below 80, I'm usually wearing socks and closed-in shoes cause my feet get cold.
If I'm not really warm, I get cold hands and feet, which makes my whole body colder and makes me tense and stiffer and hurt more.
