I have no experience with keratosis, but I ate grass fed beef liver 5 nights in a row this past week
Didn't plan it that way. The meat completely thawed before I got home with it, so I had to cook the whole package. Took 5 days to eat it all.
I have never liked the taste of liver - but to some people it’s a treat.
I would gag if I had to eat it - but I am a fussy /picky eater.LOL!!!
I used to hate liver and wouldn't eat it. Then, one night about
3 years ago after I got real sick, I was in a cafeteria restaurant and they had liver and onions. For some inexplicable reason, I felt a craving for it and decided to try it again. I loved it!!! Had it again at a different restaurant a year or so ago. Found it at the farmer's market last Saturday, so this was the first home cooked liver and onions I've had in decades, probably.
Glad I developed a liking for it, as I've heard it does have benefits. Maybe my body was craving something that liver provides. Maybe that's why I suddenly started wanting to eat it. Who knows!?!
