Anyone have fingernail issues? It looks like one of mine is starting to rip off and grow a new one behind it. I've been on mino, ceftin, azithro, flagyl pulse dosing for almost 2 months plus cats claw and j/k. I'm assuming it's one of those or all the supplements I'm taking.

Wow - that’s strange!
You didn’t injure your nail?

I’ve had the white spots on mine and vertical lines - just since lyme but haven’t experienced one being replaced by a new one.

Ya no injuries, it started with white spots then it sort of made a white line across the fingernail. 3 out of 10 nails have this with the one in the pic being the worst.

I haven’t had anything like that, but I actually thought about posting on this topic the other day. My nails have never looked healthy, but they look worse now than ever before.

I keep them cut very short because they are weak and tear easily. The main thing I find concerning now is they are shrinking. It’s like the nail is slowly receding and the nail bed is getting smaller. I’m sure it indicates something. I just don’t know what. In the past, I’ve asked doctors (PCP and dermatologist) to check my nails because I didn’t think they looked healthy. Docs were never concerned. My nails are thinner than they used to be, appear dull and dry, have vertical ridges, and are shrinking.
