Well, eating a yeast "unfriendly" diet is easier than choosing a non-inflammatory diet because yeast needs the same foods no matter whos body they are in.
Just google Candida diet, less or no sugar, low fruit, low carbs. All modern people need to kick the sugar habit anyway, now is the time. I have not had any "added sugar" in three months, almost all processed foods have cane, beet, or corn sugars in them.
The best foods for either of these diets doesn't require much cooking skills. "Whole foods" based Paleo diets are best for this and simple to prepare. You can prepare the same food but with different methods of cooking and using different spices/herbs for a different taste. I do a lot of stir fry veggies as a side dish for whatever meat of choice. Any veggie can be stir fried with olive oil. If your used to really fancy cooking with sauces gravies ect- your going to need to simplify leaving out all corn and wheat flour.
Initial lyme symptoms in late 80's, again with bullseye early 90's. Started ABX 2014, ended in Jan 2016. Flares ended after. Lyme "B gone" as far as I can tell (Cured?). Now: Healing the aftermath-Rebuilding / fine tuning / fixing muscles and still improving nutrition and immune via better gut health. + 20 years of Hashimoto might now be improving.
