For those of you using xylitol, do you buy the regular natural one that is available in the supermarket as a sweetener (I am really unfamiliar with it)? I am intending to give it a try as a part of sinus rinse, as someone suggested here, so want to be sure I am taking the right thing.
What time of day do you take activated charcoal, away from meals and supplements I'd imagine? How many capsules? I read it tends to deplete magnesium. I want to use it to help me detox mold.
Lastly, do you go swimming in a swimming pool?
I have been using sauna for months now, it's just next to a nice swimming pool, but besides being very weak, I always thought I was too toxic to go in and add chlorine to my mix of toxins. I think I was right, because the first time I went for a short swim two weeks ago, I felt sick for 2 days afterwards. Basically, I think it depleted my vitamin C - from what I read online. Yestreday, I went for a swim again, and again didn't feel great, my joints started creaking and snapping again, skin became very dry etc, but I took large doses of vitamin c so I'm ok now.
Would you/do you use a public swimming pool? Is there any way to protect one's self from chlorine, apart from vitamin C spray or rubbing oil on the skin?
Also a silly question - can chlorine affect mold in the body? I am not suggesting it's good for you, I feel it's harmful, I am just curious about
the effects of it.
