Hmm, I also wonder given babesia's effects on the ANS if it is related to a herx to that medicine. Is there any way you can take smaller doses of the artemisia to see if that helps? But it's great that it seems to be helping with the chest symptom.
I think artemisia can be taken more consistently than artemisinin (which I've heard needs to be pulsed due to body chemistry). I took artemisia for a couple months in a row.
Yes, thanks for making that distinction. Artemisia (whole herb) can be taken without breaks...but Artemisinin should be pulsed....its thought that after prolong use of the Artemisinin - the small intestine creates an enzyme that renders the Artemisinin useless.
