huh???? your LLMD is recommending that? Are you sure its an LLMD?
I think it’s one of the NP - the J clinic has most (all?) patients do a few weeks/months on stabilizing meds.
This is to prepare you for the protocols to come.
If you have sleep issues...or mental health ... etc - he wants to build up the foundation so the meds down the road are effective AND you can handle them.
If you’re already in a lot of pain - it’s most likely going to ramp up when you go deeper into the protocols.
He’s trying to help his patients not hinder them... if that makes sense.
