I'm taking a liquid chlorophyll from Trophic because it's the one they had at the store
It really seems to make a big difference which surprised me - I just pour a very liberal dose into lemon water every time I feel I might need it (like when I'm working on cleaning or I've been to the library etc). I'm trying to take it consistently every day now to see if it helps that way as well - it may just be an acute exposure type benefit I don't know.
After reading Neil Nathan's book I'm also trying to find a consistent time to take charcoal but I can't say I've noticed any difference with that. I'm still waiting to get the MCP as it was lost in the mail (sigh).
I should second the olive leaf by the way - I've taken it twice now for a month or so each time and it seems to make a big difference. I thought it was parasites first time but now I think it helps with mold for me at least. I tried garlic (it's anti fungal right?) with no noticeable difference.
I always find it interesting how variable responses are to different supplements etc. Just a reminder of how complex we all are.
