The constellation of multi-systemic symptoms and history of tick bites, yeah I'd def look at lyme/coinfections. Air hunger is often caused by babesia (when it comes to these infections). It's quite a common infection with tick bites. I've always liked this overview on the infections and their symptoms: https://conniestrasheim.org/blog/2017/3/6/a-deep-look-at-the-symptoms-of-six-major-lyme-related-infections
Like Girlie mentioned, ideal if you can would be getting evaluated by an LLMD (lyme-literate MD).
Getting better can talk a lot of do it yourself research. It can be overwhelming in the beginning, a couple of great resources are Dr Horowitz's How Can I Get Better and Stephen Buhner's website and books (Buhner is an herbal-based approach to healing).
