Hey everyone.

Those of you that take crypto, what do u drink it in? Man the taste is absolutely horrendous!!! I gag everytime I take it.

Anyone have any recommendation what I can put it in to mask the taste?

I take it in water. It is one of the .... if not THE worst tasting tinctures .... Then I eat after.

But, I did take my tinctures with pomegranate juice for awhile (S. Buhner suggests it) and it did make the tinctures easier to tolerate. The pomegranate is quite a strong flavor...and masks the tinctures some.

Infusion America sells it mixed in with peppermint, which also has good medicinal properties. If you break it down by cost per ounce it's a better deal than Woodland Essence or other online outlets. Only downside is thy need a script.

I tried cryptolepsis and felt the same as you about it. I've been on a mix called CryptoPlus that I've adapted to. When taking straight crypto, I just bit the bullet and took it with water.

It's like a Bicillin shot. I figure dealing with the pain and adapting to it is better than living with Lyme Disease.
